Edith Buda, age 82, of Fairfield, passed away in Thursday, March 16, 2017. Born and raised in Fairfield, daughter of the late William and Julia Bodo Buda, Edith was a lifelong Fairfield Town resident. She was a graduate of Roger Ludlow High School, Class of 1954. She had worked as a bookkeeper for the Outlet Men's Store as well as Harold Building Materials. Edith was an avid gardener. She is survived by her sister Judith Buda of Fairfield and nephews Allan, Gary and William. Graveside funeral services will be held on Thursday, March 23, at 1 pm in Lawncroft Cemetery, Fairfield.
