I'm so very sorry to hear about your dear mom! She was a very sweet lady who I enjoyed so very much with my time spent with her at the Cornerstone. She was such a kind, caring and wonderful friend who I will greatly miss. Hold the fond memories of your mom close to your heart always ... I know I will do the same. Peace and comfort be with you all at this sad time.

I remember her so well. She taught me so much about how to find my way around a library, how to do research, and shared my love of books. She had such a warm, loving smile. Aunt Ilse was not a blood relative to me but an aunt to all children in the Verna Rd. neighborhood. My aunt Queenie Nagy lived across the street from the Fosters, and when I visited aunt Queenie as a child, I would also visit aunt Ilse and the girls. I have not seen her in many years, but I do have memories of a kind, welcoming and funny lady. I send the family my condolences. Susie Nagy Heckert.
