Ronald Harry Coralian, age 84, of Norwalk, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, August 10, 2021. Born in Sommerville, MA and raised in Wellesley, MA, Ron had lived in Norwalk for many years. He graduated from Harvard ROTC in 1959 and went on to serve his country as a Naval Reserve Lieutenant Commander in the Bureau of Naval Personell during the Vietnam War era. In his younger years he followed his passion for acting, performing in theaters, television, and movies. His most memorable role was playing Tevya in Fiddler on the Roof. He transitioned to a career in sales and worked for the Brooks Brothers clothing stores for many years until his retirement. In his childhood, Ron enjoyed collecting coins, stamps, and baseball cards and playing basketball, he was also a talented football player in both high school and college. In later years, Ron also continued his acting career in various plays at the Curtain Call Theater in Stamford, CT. He was an avid Boston Celtics fan, liked music and sitting in the sun at the beach. More than anything, Ron loved the times that he spent with his family and had a great devotion to his grandchildren. He will be greatly missed.
