Obituary of Constance Lasky

Constance (Connie) Lasky, age 75 of Fairfield, passed away on November 28, 2021.

Born in Bridgeport, Connie lived in Fairfield, CT all her life. Connie worked for the Yellow Freight Co. as a truck driver, later owning her own cross country trucking business. Connie went on to work for Mark IV construction company until her retirement. Connie volunteered with GBARC, the CERT team, and Teamster Local 191 (retiree group). Connie was an avid HAM radio operator and assisted with many natural disaster deployments.

Connie is survived by her daughter Lea Zwally and her husband James of Seymour and her grandson Joseph. 

Friends may call at the Lesko & Polke Funeral Home at 1209 Post Rd., Fairfield, CT on Monday December 6th from 5-7pm. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday December 7th at 9 am at the Funeral Home, with burial to follow at Lawncroft Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Saint Mary Saint Michael School in Derby CT.
