Patricia Poirier, age 71, of the Black Rock section of Bridgeport, passed away on Wednesday, December 5, 2018. Born in Berlin, New Hampshire, daughter of the late George and Eva Poirier, Patricia had been a Bridgeport resident for over 40 years. She loved the water, especially while fishing, clamming and crabbing. She is survived by her children, Lucien Ferron and his wife Desiree of West Haven, Eva Poirier, Doreen Bouchard, Therese Bouchard, Danielle Ohlin, all of Bridgeport and Erica Collins and her husband Richard of New Hampshire. She leaves behind eleven grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, her sister Georgia Fortin of Gorham, NH and her former son in-law David Klepacki of Derby, CT as well as several nieces and nephews. Besides her parents she is predeceased by her sister Therese Driver and brothers Thomas and George Poirier. Friends are invited to greet the family on January 19, 2019 from 10:00-10:30AM with the service immediately following at St. Ann's Church, 481 Brewster Street in Bridgeport.
