We light this candle in honor of Jane, with fond memories of a lady dedicated to family. Her efforts and energy did not go unnoticed as she became a strong symbol of what is right and wrong. I always remember you Katie talking about your Mum from the time I first met you and saying how your house was always the house that everyone wanted to come to to hang out because she made it so warm and welcoming with lots of yummy food. That has always stuck with me and I've seen you do the same as you have made your homes beautiful yet lived in, welcoming and full of food and family. You are a wonderful tribute to her and I have enjoyed every meeting I've had with your mum and times in HK or Connecticut and totally saw this spirit of hers you talked about. She defied the odds with her health and was strong and brave for her family and I hope that peace and comfort is with her now. My heartfelt condolences to all of you during this sad time. love, Em x
