Just heard the very sad news. Clearly, Anne was a soul bursting with love and goodness in whatever arena she was in. I met her at Bridges where we developed a warm mutual professional respect and bonding over spiritual like-mindedness. My deepest condolences to her family and loved ones. John 14:2 tells us there are many rooms in my Father's house. Anne's will be kingsized.

I am in shock and feel quite numb after hearing this news. Ann was someone I always looked for on the dock in Portsmouth and I enjoyed many long talks on the porch of the Oceanic with her. She was a gentle soul who didn't need to be the center of attention but she was always there loving, supportive and most importantly listening. LOAS 1 will feel this loss and I will hold her spirit with my on our beloved rock. RIP Ann.

I was so stunned and saddened to hear of Ann’s untimely death. I only knew her recently through DAR but we immediately felt a bond. I was so happy she was able to come to our wedding less than a year ago. She brought sunshine through the door on a day of torrential rain. She loved Black Rock and invited us to join her for porch fest last summer. My aunt had suddenly passed away and we had to drive to North Carolina but we looked forward to going to it together next time. What a difference a year made. It shows how life is short and seize every moment to share joy with those you care about.

I am shocked and so terribly sad to learn of Ann’s death. She was a radiant and funny woman. I knew her from meditation meetings in Fairfield and the UU congregation in Westport, and we shared a spiritual home in Star Island (though attended different conferences there). My heart breaks for her family and all who had the privilege to know and love her.

To Mark and Milly: We are so sorry to hear of Ann’s passing. She was a good friend growing up in Geneva. She was there for us when we moved to Columbus always willing to help out. She offered to babysit our daughter while we were going through the birth of our son shortly after moving to town and knowing few others in the area. I remember that her ability and willingness to correct me and provide me good guidance during our teen years really helped me through those confusing times. I will always remember her and those times together fondly.
