Dear Marge and Family, To say that Frank was a wonderful guy is an understatement. He was not only a kind and helpful proprietor at his liquor store, but a truly engaging man on the events of the day, and respected and admired by all who passed through his door. We always found Frank warm friendly and helpful no matter how busy he was ...as we were customers and friends for a dozen years. We were always impressed by the conversations we had with Frank regarding his Service! He was a man of high character and accomplishments. When people define an American Hero Frank was truly one of them. As sad as we are of his passing, that it occurred on July 4th speaks to the truly great man who so admirably and courgageously served his country!
