Obituary of Susan Lee Lanzaro

Susan Lee Lanzaro, age 55, of Fairfield, beloved wife of Michael Lanzaro, passed away on July 4, 2019.

In addition to Michael, her devoted husband of 29 years, Susan's memory will be embraced by her loving daughters, Taylor and Kayliana; her brother, Christopher Lee of Fairfield;  her mother-in-law, Eugenia Burns of Bridgeport; her father-in-law, Robert Burns of Bridgeport. She was predeceased by her parents, James and Barbara Lee.

A lifelong resident of Fairfield, Susan graduated from Andrew Warde High School in 1982. She went on to attend St. Vincent's School of Radiology. Susan was an Ultrasound Technologist with the Saint Vincent's Medical Center Women's Imaging Center, and was working on obtaining her bachelor's degree through St. Vincent's School.

Susan loved to have her face in the sun, her feet in the sand, and a book in her hand. Her favorite place to be was at home on the lake with her husband and daughters. Susan's bright smile and endearing personality touched many people and will be fondly remembered.

Calling hours will be held on Friday (July 12) from 3 to 7 PM in the Lesko & Polke Funeral Home 1209 Post Road, in Fairfield Center, with a prayer service at 6 PM. Her interment will be private.
