Obituary of Hugh Franklin Hall

Hugh Franklin Hall, age 53, of Stamford, entered into eternal life on December 8, 2020.
Hugh attended the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where he graduated with highest honors. He then went on to earn his LLB at Boston University School of Law. Hugh started his career in commercial real estate, and eventually, (with the support of the major New York City-based S. L. Green), founded Gramercy Capital, which was listed on the NYSE. At the time of his death, Hugh was a senior vice president at Keybank Capital Markets.
Hugh's memory will be lovingly remembered by his three children, John, Samuel, and Elizabeth; his father, David D. Hall; his stepmother, Hannah Jones; and several cousins, nephews, and nieces. In addition, the survivors include Shirley Voelker, the maternal grandmother of the children, and her brother, Paul Neal.
A Memorial Service for Hugh will be announced when it is safe for family and friends to freely gather.
