Obituary of Sandra L. Richeimer

Sandra L. Richeimer, age 78, of Fairfield, passed away on Monday, February 8, 2021. Born and raised in Bridgeport, daughter of the late Andrew and Helen Sember Rinko, Sandra earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Bridgeport and a Master of Education from Sacred Heart University. She lived in Montreal, Virginia, and Norwich, CT before moving in 1981 to Fairfield where she has been a Town resident. She worked as an administrative assistant both at Sacred Heart University's Administration Office and The Quick Center for the Arts at Fairfield University for many years until her retirement. Sandra enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren, reading, knitting, shopping, and reminiscing with family and friends. Survivors include her children, Dwight Richeimer of East Thetford, Vermont and Lesley Archer and her husband Jeremy of Warrenton, Virginia and she leaves behind her precious grandchildren Shea and Anna Richeimer and Olivia, Brandon and Alyssa Archer. Funeral services will be held on Thursday February 18 at 11 am in the Lesko & Polke Funeral Home, 1209 Post Rd., Fairfield Center with burial to follow in Mt. Grove Cemetery, Bridgeport.
