Dear Hank, Lori. and Deena:
We are so sorry for your loss. Valarie was larger than life. She grabbed life by the lapels and never let go. Now she will be lovingly welcomed into Our Heavenly Father's arms, where she will no longer feel any pain. You are in our most loving thoughts and prayers.

I also was a classmate of Valerie's, class of Oak Ridge High School 1965. She was always talking and making everyone that knew her as a friend smile. I will always miss our Saturday phone calls, and sharing what was going on in our lives.

I attended Oak Ridge High School with Valarie. Class of 65. She was one of my favorite Ladies at school and what a pretty Lady she was. We had one class together where our chatter and laughter got us in trouble with the teacher. Valarie loved to laugh and we did our share of that. She had a serious side, sometimes. She loved her friends and we loved her. We talked of her moving back to Tennessee, maybe Bristol. A dream never fulfilled. It was wonderful to see Valarie at the class reunion in 2015. I prayed for Valarie and her well being. There was not a day that went by that I did not lift her up in thought. It is hard to loose a loving friend so I know how difficult it is you her family to say goodbye. May God richly bless you during this difficult time.
In His Spirit.
Freddie Stroupe
