Genevieve Kusha Bruchalski, age 91, devoted wife to the late Chester Bruchalski, passed away on July 10, 2017 in Saint Vincent's Medical Center. Her memory with be embraced by her loving son, Thomas Bruchalski, of Monroe; her grandson, Ben Mileski, of Milford; cherished great grandchildren Ben Mileski, III and Jessie Mileski; several nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband, she was predeceased by 7 siblings. A lifelong resident of Bridgeport, she was a retired sales associate for May's Department Store in Fairfield. Affectionately known as Jean to her family and friends, she enjoyed world travel with Chester, as well as, dancing with the Connecticut Polka Cousins Club. Friends may visit with her family on Thursday from 930-1030 AM in the Lesko & Polke Funeral Home, 1209 Post Road, in Fairfield Center. Her Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11 AM in Our Lady of Grace Church, 497 Second Hill Lane, in Stratford, with interment in Lakeview Cemetery.
