To the entire Dobson family: May our Heavenly Father continue to strengthen you all day after day. Mr. Dobson was my teacher at Westbury High School and I remember him being a man of great integrity, very humble and encouraging to us all. A patient teacher who instilled in us a sense of worth that we can be anything if we put our minds to it. God truly blessed your family with a precious gem and I am grateful to have been given the opportunity to learn from him along with my fellow classmates. You all are in my prayers.

My condolences to the Dobson family on the sad loss of their husband, father and grandfather. Mr. Dobson was our beloved teacher at Westbury High School. So many great memories of Mr. Dobson and what a nice man he was. Know he touched and helped shape many lives along the way...teachers are amazing people. May he rest in peace and perhaps shoot a hole in one!

I attended Westbury High School and I remember Mr. Dobson quite well. He use to remind me all the time about the fact that I almost have the same name as his brother, the actor, Kevin Dobson. I’m “ Dod” son and he’s “Dob” son. I liked Mr. Dobson. He was my classroom instructor for Driver’s Ed. Mr. Madaloni was my road instructor. I remember talking about cars with him. I remember hearing about his 1981 Silver Oldsmobile Delta 88 and the 1970 Pontiac. He probably would have gotten a kick out of the fact that I went on to own three Pontiacs myself, as an adult. After graduating High School, I would come back and visit from time to time, and see Mr. Dobson and some of my other former teachers. My condolences to the Dobson family.
